Excellent customer service, especially Miss Amani Ahmed and Asma Mahamoud; they greet guests warmly and with a smile. In addition, they listen carefully to the requests and needs of the customer. They address the customer by name and use polite language. Both are such wonderful people. The welcoming and comfortable atmosphere in the dining area was magnificent. The staff Anticipates guests' needs, such as refilling drinks or bringing additional condiments. I will return in the future with the Sheraton Hotel, consistently providing excellent customer service at both the front desk and dining areas and exceptional hospitality.

The renewed parts (the bar, the lobby, some rooms) are really nice ! The restaurant / room service has a large choice of international meals : you can stay a full week without having to choose twice the same one.
